In collaboration with Rachel Larlee Studios, East Dallas Therapy will be offering a four-
part workshop for adult artists of all mediums and expressions in the fall of 2025.
Join us on the first Tuesday of each month from 6-8pm in September, October, November and December at Rachel Larlee Studios to meet with other artists and deepen your relationship to your work, others, and yourself.
You don’t need to be a professional artist, but this group is meant for those who are regularly creating in some capacity. We will gather to investigate the work of being an artist, and consequently, to investigate your inner world as creator. Why do you create, how has your artistry changed over time: what processes are working for you, and what aren’t? What’s possibly in your future as an artist? In this group we will seek to understand, witness and share the beautiful and challenging aspects that live within your creative journey.
Facilitating the group will be Margaret Barrett, LPC-A, supervised by Amanda Stretcher, LPC-S and Rebecca Lincoln, LPC-S. Margaret holds both a Master’s degree in counseling from Amberton University as well as a Master’s degree in music composition from Baylor University. She works now as a therapist for individuals and couples at East Dallas Therapy; serving artists holds a special place in her heart!
The cost of all four meetings is $160. A deposit of $80 is required at registration to hold your spot; the rest of payment will be due by our first meeting on September 2nd, 2025. To register, contact Margaret Barrett at margaret@eastdallastherapy.com!
