Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator
Kate is a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator and works with:

Prepare/Enrich is a research based program that helps couples explore and deepen their relationship, giving their marriage a stronger chance of success.
This consists of a one-time relationship assessment that will guide our work together to prepare for (or enrich) your marriage. Topics include communication, conflict resolution, finances, relationship roles, sex and intimacy, and more. Prepare/Enrich is for both religious and non-religious couples.
Additionally, couples who complete 8 hours of a premarital program can receive a discount on their marriage license and are exempt from the 72 hour waiting period under the Twogether in Texas program.
Kate’s Fees
The first intake session is $175 and any subsequent sessions are $150. We accept FSA and HSA, credit cards, cash, or check. We do not accept insurance, however depending on your insurance benefits you may still be able to reimburse your sessions using “out of network” coverage.
Reduced Rate Services
We offer a few sliding scale spots which allows us to offer therapy at a reduced rate based on your financial need. Please request an appointment and add a note that you’d like to discuss sliding scale.

If you are in a relationship full of conflict and disconnection, I can provide you with tools and research-backed practices to communicate with clarity, so that you can rebuild your relationship to what you’ve always imagined it to be. If you are a teen struggling with self-confidence and identity, I can provide a non-judgmental setting where you can explore these issues while gaining coping skills and growing your sense of self.
