I enjoy working with teens with anxiety or depression and young adults building a fulfilling life. I also enjoy working with adults struggling with anxiety, big life changes. Whether you are facing life’s challenges like empty nesting, divorce and co-parenting or your teen needs extra support, I can help you find a way forward.
I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist. Through marriage, divorce, remarriage and becoming a blended family, I have experienced the unexpected life turns so many of us fear. These difficult changes became paths of courage and hope which led me to help others facing these challenges.

biography
Stacey graduated from Baylor with a BS in Education. Following ten years of classroom experience and working alongside families in Title One schools, Stacey returned to finish her master’s degree from UT Arlington to pursue a career in Social Work. She has experience working with families at The Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County and Family Compass of Dallas. In addition to providing individual therapy for clients here at East Dallas Therapy, Stacey continues to work part time at Children’s Health Dallas, caring for patient families in the ER.
When Stacey is not seeing clients, she spends time reading, writing, listening to music, time outdoors, traveling, and visiting friends and family. Stacey and her husband together share 5 children ranging in ages from 19-27, have a charcoal lab named Zeke and their newest addition, a border collie named Ruby! Stacey and her husband both enjoy living and working within the East Dallas community!

Stacey’s Fees
The first intake session is $195 and any subsequent sessions are $175. We accept FSA and HSA, credit cards, cash, or check. We do not accept insurance, however depending on your insurance benefits you may still be able to reimburse your sessions using “out of network” coverage.
