My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. I believe healing happens when we have the opportunity to explore our experiences, process difficult emotions, and better understand how our past may be impacting our present.

biography
I’ve spent the last four years immersed in mental health, starting back when I was an undergrad studying psychology and gender studies at the University of Southern Indiana. From there, I went on to earn my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Indianapolis, and I’m now working toward my LPC-Associate license here in Texas. I’m originally from Indiana, but I made the leap to Texas with my partner and have loved building a new life here. When I’m not in session, you can usually find me on a long walk, catching up with family and friends, or unwinding with a good TV show.
Brooke specializes in:

About Brooke
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Gender Studies, from the University of Southern Indiana before completing my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Indianapolis. My passion for supporting others began during my undergraduate studies, and I have spent the past four years working in the mental health field.
Originally from Indiana, I recently made the move to Texas with my partner. As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences, processing difficult emotions, and working toward meaningful change.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy taking long walks, spending time with family and friends, and unwinding with a good TV show.
