Meet the Experts:

  • Morgan Myers, LPC

Morgan believes that therapy, community, and transparency are tools that can offer us hope. She is no stranger to the lifelong road we walk in our mental health journey, and she devotes her life to her clients as they walk this path.

As an adult, she struggled to find the right kind of postpartum care while having her two beautiful daughters, and that’s why her passion for mothers and mental health is evident in her platform Motherlift and this group.

  • Mary Cantwell – Sleep Training

I remember how helpless I felt during those first few sleepless months with my first child. I researched, read and studied until I became a certified expert on sleep. I discovered my passion for sleep and I knew I had to serve other struggling families. I had the opportunity to train with world-renowned sleep consultant Deborah Pedrick. I received my child sleep certification from the Family Sleep Institute after completing 250+ hours of course work (3 times more than any other program).

Now I have the privilege to serve families around the country and locally in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to support them on their sleep journey. I look forward to working with your family!

  • Cassie Lewis – Physical Recovery

Postpartum doula support can look a lot like birth doula support just after the baby comes. Everyone needs help after a baby comes, EVERYONE! I can help during this fourth trimester with emotional needs such as sibling adjustment and boundary concerns with family and friends. We can talk through infant care basics, and infant sleep and feeding establishment. Really, this support is whatever you need it to be!
