East Dallas Therapy — Group Program

The Peace
Garden Group

A therapeutic group where healing happens in the garden. Grounded in nature, guided by a licensed therapist, and held in the heart of a local plant shop.

Grief, loss, and life transitions can leave us feeling untethered. The Peace Garden Group uses the rhythms of the natural world — planting, tending, growing — as a framework for processing what we carry. Each session weaves mindfulness, group connection, and garden-based activities into a gentle and meaningful experience.
