As a therapist in Dallas, it is my mission to help you connect with yourself and others in meaningful ways. You may feel like you can’t be fully yourself, like you’re trapped inside your own mind or body. You may not be sure you know who you are anymore. You might be trapped in the expectations you have of others, or you are stuck in negative cycles.
My clients come to me when they feel isolated and disconnected, and I help them gain the insight they need to live an authentic and empowered life.
Margaret specializes in:
Therapy for anxiety
Internal conflict
Postpartum Depression
Therapy for artists
Loneliness & Isolation
Finding meaning in life
Having a background as an artist, Margaret values creativity, exploration, and authentic self-expression in the therapy room. She understands that clients often grapple with feelings of loneliness and isolation, internal conflict, and anxiety.
Her priorities are to listen deeply, ask the questions that the client may not be able to articulate, and to help the client find freedom to better embody their true selves.
Margaret is attuned to the struggles of perfectionism and depression. She works with men and women and she is committed to helping clients find meaning amid the challenges of life. Margaret offers postpartum depression therapy and anxiety therapy. She also provides specialized spiritual abuse counseling in Dallas and therapy for artists and musicians.
